I can't help but cast my mind back to that fateful day in December 1979 (the 13th to be exact)when the Clark Government fell thanks to an amendment penned by Bob Rae.

ReplyDeleteStephen Harper runs this government as if it had received a majority mandate from the voters. Remember how Joe Clark said he would govern as if he had a majority! That's the common thread here.
